Conventional fermentation processes for the production of alcohol vinegars require a sophisticated, external production of the process mash. This is completed in a so-called mash tank. It consists of process water, alcohol / denaturant and nutrient solution which have to be calculated and mixed together very precisely. To complete this task, FRINGS is able to supply fully automatic dosing systems, in which the individual volume flows from the holding tanks can also be transferred directly to the fermenter so that the mash tank can be omitted.
In all cases, modern fermentation processes for the production of alcohol vinegars require obligatorily a complete set of precision dosing systems for the process water, alcohol and nutrient solution for each ACETATOR.
